ABOUT
CONGRATS, YOU FOUND MY SUPER SECRET WRITING PAGE! :-)

Though I’m usually wearing my art direction hat, writing was my first love. When I was young I would disappear for hours and emerge with stapled short stories I’d deliver to my mom’s bedside table. In college, I’ve gotten my writing zoomies out through early morning sessions at my favorite coffee shop and through my job as a writing tutor. I’ve also written articles for the University of Oregon SOJC and for my campus’ track bureau.

PERSONAL WRITING
Here’s some long-form stuff I’ve shared on Substack.
On banana bread and wasting time
Pear cider, pink chairs, and not walking into random doors (however beautiful they may be)
On being a regular in a place

Some thoughts on reading: Maggie Nelson, Rachel Cusk, and me procrastinating on finals
A little roundup, jan 10
